Q:  My Livewello Variance report is missing some SNPs, what should I do?

ag5zfnJlc291cmNlLXFuYXITCxIGQW5zd2VyGICAgICUzowKDA 23andMe Test Question: My Livewello Variance report is missing some SNPs, what should I do? Answer: There could be 2 reasons: 1)Your #23andMe Report is incomplete because you probably did not complete the raw data sync which is a two-step process. You need to watch and follow every step in this video properly as a guide: https://vimeo.com/83797705 You will also need to reset your report: To do this, scroll to the bottom of the report and click the delete button the re-generate your Variance report by re-starting and following all the steps in the process. 2) If the above does not address the issue, another reason is that 23andMe had an #Illumina testing chip update. So, the number of SNPs they report on decreased from 9000,000 to 600,000 SNPs. They upgraded from a V3 chip to a V4 Chip. This affects anyone that sent their kit back as of Nov/Dec 2013. The #LiveWello App still works with both v3 and v4 chips. Sadly the news got drowned out by the FDA issue during the same time. We announced it on our Facebook Page https://facebook.com/livewello so please like this page to stay current on news like this. Livewello Gene App owners now have the ability to have more than 300SNPs in their Gene Report.
