It is best to use a “masticator” such as the Champion juicer, or a “twin press” juicer such as the Green Star Elite, rather than a “centrifugal” juicer. The latter adds oxygen to the juice’s enzymes during the process and this leads to “oxidation” or breakdown of nutrients.
While there are some exceptional products on the market, they can also be cumbersome and expensive (Norwalk $2800).
